Fenwick Represents Notion in $50 Million Financing
Fenwick & West represented Notion, an all-in-one workspace for notes, tasks, wikis and databases, in its $50 million financing. Led by Index Ventures and other investors, the funding increases the company’s valuation to $2 billion.
The Fenwick transaction team included corporate partner Mark Leahy and associates Nam Kim, Shweta Kumar and Jamal Johnson, as well as intellectual property partner Brian Hoffman.
