Fenwick Represents Noritsu Koki in $370 Million Acquisition of JLab

Fenwick represented Noritsu Koki Co., Ltd. (TSE:7744), a Japan-based manufacturing and holding company, in its $370 million acquisition of JLab, a U.S.-based leading personal audio company. The transaction closed today.
