Fenwick represented Nordeus, a mobile games company based in Belgrade, Serbia, in its agreement to be acquired by Take-Two Interactive Software, a leading developer, publisher and marketer of interactive entertainment, for up to $378 million.
The acquisition bolsters Take-Two’s mobile business and expands its sports offerings with Top Eleven, Nordeus’ football management game with over 240 million registered users. More information about the deal can be found in the company’s announcement.
