Fenwick Represents Nitto in Acquisition of Bend Labs

Fenwick represented Nitto, a producer of electrical insulation materials, in its acquisition of Bend Labs, a developer of a soft silicone sensor platform intended for measuring human motion.

Bend will start its new business as Nitto Bend Technologies, combining its sensor device technologies with Nitto's strengths to develop next-generation technologies and products. The acquisition of Bend will also accelerate innovation in Nitto’s three focus domains: information interface, next-generation mobility and human life.
