Fenwick Represents Niantic in Acquisition of Mayhem

Fenwick represented Niantic, a leading augmented reality and mobile real-world company, in its acquisition of online gaming community leader Mayhem.

Founded in 2017, Mayhem developed an online platform that enables gamers to self-organize custom game formats for their communities. The acquisition will help drive Niantic’s creation of new ways for its growing global community of players to connect and play.
