Fenwick Represents Niantic in Acquisition of 8th Wall

Fenwick represented Niantic, a leading augmented reality and mobile real-world company, in its acquisition of 8th Wall, a WebAR development platform.

The acquisition of 8th Wall is Niantic’s largest acquisition to date and will expand Niantic’s developer platform tools with their proven WebAR technology. More information can be obtained from Niantic’s announcement.
