Fenwick Represents Nava in $40 Million Series B Financing
Fenwick represented Nava, a new kind of employee benefits brokerage, in its $40 million Series B financing. The round was led by Thrive Capital with participation from GV, Homebrew, Quiet Capital, Avid Ventures and Sound Ventures.
