Fenwick Represents Natalist in Acquisition by Everly Health

Fenwick represented Natalist, a women's consumer health company that offers conception and pregnancy essentials, in its acquisition by Everly Health, a digital health company in the virtual diagnostics-driven care industry.

As part of the transaction, Natalist's full team and executive leadership have joined Everly Health, bringing Everly Health's portfolio to four subsidiaries: Natalist, Everly Health Solutions, EverlyDx and Everlywell. More information can be obtained from Everly Health’s announcement.
