Fenwick Represents Mimosa in Acquisition by Airspan

Fenwick & West represented Mimosa Networks, Inc., a global technology leader in wireless broadband solutions, in its acquisition by Airspan Networks Inc. (OTC PINK: AIRO), an award-winning 4G and 5G small cell access and backhaul solution provider. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition of Mimosa strengthens Airspan’s position in the Mobile 4G/5G network densification space and expands Airspan’s North American presence with an engineering center in Silicon Valley. More information about Mimosa’s acquisition by Airspan can be obtained from the company announcement.
