Fenwick Represents MessageBird in $200 Million Series C

Fenwick represented MessageBird, a leading omnichannel cloud communications platform, in its $200 million Series C round led by Silicon Valley’s Spark Capital at a $3 billion valuation with participation from Bonnier, Glynn Capital, LGT Lightstone, Longbow, Mousse Partners and New View Capital. Existing investors Accel, Atomico and Y-Combinator also participated in this round.

The funding will be used to triple the size of MessageBird’s global team and further expand into its core markets in Europe, Asia and Latin America. More information can be obtained from MessageBird’s announcement.
