Fenwick Represents Madison Reed in $52 Million Financing

Fenwick represented Madison Reed, a San Francisco-based hair color company revolutionizing the way women color their hair, in its $52 million financing round.

The round was led by True Ventures. The financing included participation from Norwest Venture Partners, Comcast Ventures and Shea Ventures—all of which have invested in earlier rounds. New investors include Goldman Sachs, Motley Fool Ventures, Portfolia Rising America Fund and Portfolia FirstStep Fund.

The financing will continue to fuel Madison Reed’s omnichannel expansion and build upon the 130 percent growth it saw during 2020. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
