Fenwick Represents Luminai in $16 Million Series A Financing

Fenwick represented Luminai (formerly DigitalBrain), a SaaS platform that helps customer service organizations automate internal workflows, in its $16 million Series A financing. The round was led by General Catalyst with participation from Moxxie Ventures, Craft Ventures, YC Continuity and Underscore VC, among other notable investors.

Luminai will use the new capital to expand their go-to-market team and product capabilities to service customers of all company sizes. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
