Fenwick & West represented Liquid Robotics, Inc., a market leader in autonomous maritime systems and developer of the Wave Glider ocean surface robot, in its acquisition by Boeing (NYSE: BA), the world’s largest aerospace company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
