Fenwick represented Liquid Death, a healthy beverage platform and one of fastest growing non-alcoholic brands, in its $67 million Series F financing, putting its valuation at $1.4 billion. Investors included top national distributors, SuRo Capital, Live Nation, Science, Inc., Gray’s Creek Capital Partners, actor Josh Brolin, NFL All-Pro and entrepreneur DeAndre Hopkins, The Chapelle Show co-creator Neal Brennan, Brazil’s largest metal band Sepultura’s Derrick Green, and Australian comedian Jim Jefferies.
Liquid Death will use the funds to further scale distribution nationally to meet demand and accelerate product innovation. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
