Fenwick represented Ironclad, a digital contracting platform that provides software for businesses to manage contract lifecycles, in its $150 million Series E financing. The round was led by investment management firm Franklin Templeton and included participation from previous investors such as BOND, YC Continuity, Emergence, Lux, Haystack, Accel and Sequoia Capital.
