Fenwick Represents Interchain Foundation in Acquisition of Skip

Fenwick represented Interchain Foundation (ICF), a Swiss foundation in its acquisition of Skip.

Skip will be renamed to Interchain Inc. and become the ICF’s main subsidiary. The acquisition of Skip and the creation of Interchain Inc. accelerates ICF’s transition to becoming an agile and powerful force in growing Cosmos ecosystem. More information can be obtained from the news announcement.
