Fenwick represented Infinite Machine, a startup focused on building personal electric vehicles, in its $9 million seed funding. The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz’s American Dynamism team with participation from Adjacent Capital, Necessary Ventures, and the founders of womenswear company Reformation, software platform Replit, and AI startup HuggingFace.
Infinite Machine will use the funds to scale production of the P1 — a high-performance electric scooter designed to be the ultimate vehicle for urban environments. They will begin shipping vehicles to customers next year. More information can be obtained here
The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate partner Dawn Belt and included associates Bryan Willard and Seena Razavi.
