Fenwick represented Impulse Space, a leader in the development of in-space transportation services for the inner solar system, in its $45 million Series A financing. The round was led by RTX Ventures with participation from Founders Fund, Lux Capital, Airbus Ventures and Space Capital.
Impulse Space will use the new capital to support the development of Impulse’s largest vehicle yet, called Helios. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
The transaction was led by corporate partners Jonathan Sagot and Cynthia Hess and associates Trevor Lovell, Paige Tucker and Aaliya Kapadia.
