Fenwick Represents Illumio in $65 Million Series E Financing

Fenwick & West represented Illumio, Inc., a cybersecurity leader delivering micro-segmentation, in its $65 million Series E financing led by clients advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management.

With this new financing, Illumio will support the continued expansion of the company’s presence in the U.S., EMEA, and APAC, where Illumio saw a 50 percent increase in total global headcount in 2018.
