Fenwick Represents Honor in $140 Million Series D Funding

Fenwick represented Honor, a home care company and the founder of the Honor Care Network—a pioneering national network of home care agencies, in its $140 million Series D funding. The round was led by Baillie Gifford and funds and accounts advised by T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. with participation from Rock Springs and existing investors Prosus Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, Thrive Capital, and 8VC.
