Fenwick Represents Hebbia in $130M Series B Funding

Fenwick represented Hebbia, a generative AI platform used to search large documents and return answers, in its $130 million Series B funding. The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz with participation from Index Ventures, Google Ventures, and Peter Thiel.

Hebbia will use the funding to continue their mission of building human-centric AI. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.

The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate partner Joshua Geffon and included associates Aaron Ginsburg, Bryan Willard, and Santino Labate; and privacy counsel Sari Ratican.
