Fenwick Represents Hayden AI in $90 Million Series C Financing

Fenwick represented Hayden AI Technologies Inc., a vision AI platform used to create urban operating systems, in its $90 million Series C financing. The round was led by TPG’s The Rise Fund, with participation from Drawdown Fund and AutoTech Ventures, among other existing investors.

Hayden AI will use the funds to accelerate the company’s research, development and growth. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
