Fenwick Represents Goldstar in Acquisition by TodayTix Group

Fenwick represented Goldstar, a live events discovery and ticketing platform, in its acquisition by TodayTix Group, a discovery and ticketing platform for cultural events.

The acquisition of Goldstar more than doubles TodayTix’s North American audience to over 20 million, expands TodayTix’s offerings beyond theatre to include sports, concerts, live events and other cultural experiences, and increases TodayTix’s North American reach to include an additional 60+ cities.
