Fenwick Represents GoContractor in $5 Million Series A Financing

Fenwick represented GoContractor, a leader in the digitization of construction worker onboarding and compliance tracking, in its $5 million Series A financing round.

The round was led by Building Ventures and Ironspring in the U.S. with continued participation from existing investors. The proceeds from the funding will allow GoContractor to further scale across the U.S. and European markets and invest further in its research and development center in Ireland.
