Fenwick Represents GOAT in $100 Million Series E Financing

Fenwick represented GOAT Group (GOAT), a global platform for the greatest products from the past, in its $100 million Series E financing led by D1 Capital Partners.

The funding will accelerate the company's growth across its product categories and geographies, further positioning GOAT as a preeminent destination for its 30 million members, hundreds of thousands of sellers, as well as brand and boutique partners.
