Fenwick & West represented Glint Inc., a people success platform that leverages real-time people data to help leading organizations around the world increase employee engagement, develop their people and drive business results, in its $20 million Series D funding round. The round includes additional investments from Glint’s existing investors Bessemer Venture Partners, Meritech Capital Partners, Norwest Venture Partners and Shasta Ventures.
The Series D brings total investment in Glint to $80 million and the company will use the additional funds to scale operations through accelerated growth in Europe and expand product development.
