Fenwick Represents GitLab in Acquisition of Oxeye

Fenwick represented GitLab, an AI-powered DevSecOps platform, in its acquisition of Oxeye, a provider of a cloud-native application security and risk management solution.

With the acquisition of Oxeye, GitLab will accelerate its Static Application Security Testing (SAST) roadmap. Oxeye’s capabilities will also augment GitLab’s software composition analysis and compliance tools. More information can be obtained from the news announcement.
