Fenwick Represents GitLab in $268 Million Series E Financing

Fenwick & West represented GitLab, a complete DevOps platform, in its $268 million Series E round of financing.This round was led by existing investors Goldman Sachs and ICONIQ, and also included participation from nine new-to-GitLab investors.

GitLab will use the funding to enhance monitoring and security capabilities. More information about the financing can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
