Fenwick Represents FORT Robotics in $13 Million Financing

Fenwick represented FORT Robotics, a pure-play technology company creating safety-and-security solutions for autonomous machines, in its $13 million financing. The round was led by Prime Movers Lab and included Prologis Ventures, Quiet Capital, Lemnos Labs, Creative Ventures, Ahoy Capital, Compound, FundersClub and Mark Cuban.

This financing will enable FORT to more than double the size of its workforce and expand its product offerings in key markets. More information about the deal can be found through FORT's announcement.

The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate partner Steven Levine and included associates Christine Chen and Funmi Osinubi.
