Fenwick Represents Folx Health in $25 Million Series A Financing

Fenwick represented Folx Health, a digital healthcare service provider designed by and for the medical needs of the LGBTQIA+ community, in its $25 million Series A financing. The financing was led by Bessemer Venture Partners with participation from existing investors Define Ventures and Polaris.

Folx Health will use the financing to drive national expansion and expand its offerings in sexual health and family creation later in 2021 and early 2022. More information can be obtained from Folx Health’s announcement.
