Fenwick & West represented Facebook, Inc. (NASDAQ: FB), the leading social media site, in its recently announced acquisition of PrivateCore, Inc., a venture-backed startup focusing on technology to protect servers from malware threats, unauthorized physical access and malicious hardware devices. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
