Fenwick Represents Facebook in Acquisition of Oculus VR for Approximately $2B

Fenwick & West represented Facebook, Inc. (NASDAQ:FB), the leading social media site, in its acquisition of Oculus VR, Inc., one of the leaders in immersive virtual reality technology for approximately $2 billion. This includes a combination of cash and Facebook stock and the option for an additional $300 million earn-out in cash and stock based on the achievement of certain milestones.
