Fenwick Represents Esper in $60 Million Series C Financing

Fenwick represented Esper, the first DevOps platform designed for single-purpose Android devices, in its $60 million Series C financing. The round was led by Insight Partners with participation from existing investors including Scale Venture Partners, Madrona Ventures, Root Ventures and Ubiquity Ventures.

Esper will use the funds to reach more customers by expanding its hardware and software partnerships. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.

The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate partners Michael Brown and Katherine Duncan, and included associates Joon Hwan Kim, Sarah Hill and Tim Wilson.
