Fenwick Represents Emergence Capital in Adaptive’s $19M Series A Financing

Fenwick represented Emergence Capital, a venture capital firm focused on software as a service application, in its investment in Adaptive’s $19 million Series A financing. The round was led by Emergence Capital, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, Definition, Exponent, 3kvc, Box Group, and Gokul Rajaram.

Adaptive, an AI-powered financial management platform, will use the funds to expand its engineering and product teams and reach more construction companies across the United States. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
