Fenwick represented Drishti Technologies, Inc., whose mission is to extend human capabilities in an increasingly automated world, in its $25 million Series B financing led by Sozo Ventures.
Alpha Intelligence Capital, Toyota AI Ventures, Micron Ventures, Presidio Ventures and HELLA Ventures, as well as current investors Emergence Capital, Benhamou Global Ventures and Andreessen Horowitz, also participated in the round.
Drishti will use the funding to expand into plants across North America and around the globe, including Japan. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
