Fenwick Represents DoorDash in Agreement to Acquire Bbot

Fenwick represented DoorDash, Inc. (NYSE: DASH), an on-demand delivery platform, in its agreement to acquire Bbot, a hospitality technology startup.

The addition of Bbot's products and technology to the DoorDash platform offers merchants more solutions for their in-store and online channels, including in-store digital ordering and payments. More information can be obtained from DoorDash’s announcement.
