Fenwick represented Docker, a provider of cloud-native application development tools, content and services, in its $105 million Series C financing at a $2.1 billion valuation. The round was led by new investor Bain Capital Ventures, with participation from additional new investors Atlassian Ventures, Citi Ventures, Vertex Ventures and Four Rivers as well as existing investors Benchmark, Insight Partners and Tribe Capital.
Docker will use the new capital to accelerate investments in both product and go-to market initiatives. More information can be obtained from the company's announcement.
