Fenwick Represents DiligenceVault in Series A Financing

Fenwick & West represented DiligenceVault, a two-sided digital diligence platform for investment managers, asset owners and allocators, in its Series A financing led by Goldman Sachs with participation from existing investors.

This round of funding will enable DilligenceVault to scale up their platform. More information about the financing can be obtained from the company announcement.
