Fenwick & West represented Databricks, a just-in-time data platform powered by Apache Spark and developed by the creators of the popular open source project, in its $60M Series C financing. New Enterprise Associates (NEA) led the round with participation from existing investor Andreessen Horowitz.
The company will use the funds to continue to expand key areas including product development, customer success, sales and marketing. More information about Databricks’ $60 million Series C can be obtained from the company press release.
