Fenwick Represents CoreWeave in $642 Million Secondary Sale

Fenwick represented CoreWeave, a specialized GPU cloud provider, in a minority investment of $642 million led by Fidelity Management & Research Company, with participation from Investment Management Corporation of Ontario ("IMCO"), Jane Street, J. P. Morgan Asset Management, Goanna Capital, Zoom Ventures, and others.

The funding will support CoreWeave in its mission to define and deliver the next generation of cloud computing. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
