Fenwick Represents Coinbase in Acquihire Transaction of the Blockspring Team

Fenwick & West represented Coinbase, Inc., a leading digital currency wallet and platform where merchants and customers can transact with new digital currencies, in its acquihire transaction of the team at Grafly, Inc. (dba Blockspring), a San Francisco-based startup that enables developers to collect and process data from APIs. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Fenwick transaction team included corporate lawyers Michael Brown, Bomi Lee and Isaiah Deporto-Plick; executive compensation and employee benefits lawyers Shawn Lampron and Nicholas Frey; and technology transactions lawyers Jonathan Millard and Floris de Wit.
