Fenwick Represents Coinbase in Acquihire of Meemo

Fenwick represented Coinbase (Nasdaq: COIN), a leading provider of end-to-end financial infrastructure and technology for the cryptoeconomy, in its acquihire of Meemo, an AI-powered social finance app. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The transaction brings Meemo’s know-how, systems and experience in large-scale data processing to Coinbase. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
