Fenwick Represents Clif Bar & Company in Sale to Mondelez

Fenwick represented Clif Bar & Company in its pending acquisition by Mondelēz International for $2.9 billion with additional contingent earnout consideration. Clif Bar is the leading U.S. maker of nutritious energy bars made with organic ingredients, including the CLIF®, LUNA® and CLIF KID® brands.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the third quarter of 2022. More information is available in the Mondelēz press release.
