Fenwick Represents Cisco Investments in Groq’s $640M Series D Funding

Fenwick represented Cisco Investments, a corporate venture arm of Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO), in Groq’s $640 million Series D Funding. The round was led by BlackRock Private Equity Partners, with participation from Neuberger Berman, Type One Ventures, Cisco Investments, Global Brain’s KDDI Open Innovation Fund III, and Samsung Catalyst Fund.

Groq will use the funds to deploy more than 100,000 additional Language Processing Units into GroqCloud and expand the company’s talent density. More information can be obtained from Groq's announcement.
