Fenwick Represents Cisco in Sale of Placetel to Gamma

Fenwick represented Cisco Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CSCO), a worldwide leader in technology, in its sale of Placetel, a market-leading German cloud communications business, to Gamma Communications, a provider of technology-based communication services across Europe.
