Fenwick Represents Cisco in Pending Acquisition of Working Group Two

Fenwick is representing CISCO Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO), a worldwide leader in technology, in its pending acquisition of Working Group Two (WG2), a Norwegian developer of a cloud native mobile services platform that’s fully API consumable and highly programmable.

The acquisition of WG2’s technology and team, particularly its mobile space capabilities, will enhance the complete authentication, provisioning, voice, messaging, and data services of Cisco’s existing Control Center offerings, as well as Cisco’s Mobility Services Platform, simplifying mobile network deployments and enabling new and advanced business critical use cases for Cisco’s enterprise customers.
