Fenwick is representing Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO), a worldwide leader in technology, in its pending acquisition of Isovalent, a developer of an open-source cloud-native networking and security platform.
The acquisition of Isovalent will build on the Cisco Security Cloud, an AI-driven, cloud delivered, integrated security platform for organizations of any shape and size.
