Fenwick represented Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO), a worldwide leader in technology that powers the internet, in its acquisition of sli.do s.r.o., a technology company headquartered in Bratislava, Slovakia, that provides a best-in-class audience interaction platform. The transaction was announced on December 7, 2020 and was completed on May 3, 2021.
