Fenwick Represents Cisco in Acquisition of Code BGP

Fenwick represented CISCO Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO), a worldwide leader in technology, in its acquisition of Code BGP, a privately held BGP monitoring company based in Greece.

The addition of Code BGP to Cisco’s ThousandEyes team will enrich its already accomplished pool of Internet research and engineering talent, enabling ThousandEyes to increase their BGP monitoring capabilities and pace of innovation so they can accelerate their customers’ troubleshooting and optimization efforts in delivering the best possible digital experiences to users.
