Fenwick & West LLP represented Castlight Health, Inc., a web application developer that enables employers, their employees and health plans to take control of health care costs and improve care, in its recently announced investment of $100 million in a Series D financing. The transaction was led by two major unnamed mutual funds, as well as T. Rowe Price, Redmile Group and previous investors, bringing Castlight Health’s total amount raised to date to $181 million.
